The Missouri Department of Revenue has withdrawn its objections to O'Sullivan Industries' reorganization plan.
In documents filed today in U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Sheryl Moreau, assistant attorney general representing the department, said it no longer opposed the reorganization, indicating company officials have reached an agreement with the state over outstanding debts.
