Seneca R-7 School District officials filed a motion for summary judgment March 20 in connection with a lawsuit filed against the district by former Elementary Principal Ann Laudwig.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, in Newton County Circuit Court.
