T. R. Hanrahan, the former editor of The Chart, Missouri Southern State University's award-winning newspaper, is returning to the publication...only this time he will be the man in charge.
Hanrahan will take over as student publications manager, and will oversee publication of both the newspaper and Crossroads, the quarterly alumni magazine. He replaces J. R. Ledford, who had held the post for two years.
Hanrahan after serving two stints as the Chart's editor-in-chief, earned his undergraduate degree from Park University. He is working toward a master's degree at Avila University.
I saw the headline, I thought he was coming back to finally finish his degree. Good luck T.R., you're going to need it.
ReplyDeleteT.R., congrats on the new job. I look forward to seeing the Chart under your tutelage. I'm confident you'll turn the paper around and bring back some of those glory days.
ReplyDeleteNow, where's my 20 bucks?
You mean that big 'ol Globe photographer is the new publications manager?!
ReplyDeleteNah, that would be Mr. T. Rob Brown.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. Mr. T, T. Rob. Funny how you never see them in the same room together.
I still get T-Rob confused with Rick Rogers, the publisher of the Neosho Daily News.
ReplyDeleteWe've covered this before: Rick Rogers wears the funky, new age glasses, T. Rob Brown wears the fedora, and T.R. Hanrahan is the bald one. All three are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
ReplyDeleteTR is one of the sexiest men ever.
