A St. Louis Post-Dispatch article posted about a half hour ago gives more details about a group of Republican legislators' plan to reform the awarding of license fee offices.
It didn't take long for Department of Revenue Director Trish Vincent to respond to the proposal and she wasn't too thrilled with it.
