AP has right idea, wrong conclusion

In an article posted today, Marcus Kabel of Associated Press noted the money contributed by Seventh District Congressman Roy Blunt to disgraced former Rep. Mark Foley:

The donations were made in April, according to The Joplin Globe, which first reported them.

While I appreciate Kabel's citing his sources, he was apparently unaware that the Globe story ran today, Oct. 4, while The Turner Report first revealed the information Sept. 30.
