According to John Ford's article in the Neosho Daily News:
After more than two hours of testimony from two alleged victims, a Newton County judge has taken the case against two McDonald County church leaders accused of child sexual abuse under advisement.
Judge Greg Stremel said this afternoon he wanted to review a court transcript of testimony in a preliminary hearing for Raymond Lambert, pastor of the Grand Valley Independent Baptist Church.
KODE reports that Judge Stremel granted the defense request for a gag order preventing those involved in the case from talking to the media.
what the HELL is this judge thinking? I can take one good look at this "minister" and tell that he is nothing but pure evil. For anyone who knows this family and this case, we need to do all we can to get these people put behind bars where they belong. They are evil, sickening monsters. I wonder if this judge has knowledge of the comments that were made by Judge John LePage before he was taken off of the case. This judge needs to do his homework on these people, and have the opportunity to hear from ANYONE in the community about them....this case needs bound over. Please. Please please bind the case so it goes to trial. Justice needs to be served not only for the victims involved, but also for the children that are STILL ON THE COMPOUND and in harms way.
ReplyDeleteI believe it will be better taken care of in Newton County. I pray I am not wrong and the judges don't let the children down! Otherwise I say whammo to him and hope will get knocked out and someone will run against him on his next term!!
