A decision on O'Sullivan Industries' request for a final decree in its bankruptcy case is likely to be delivered during a 10 a.m. May 24 hearing in U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
If the court issues that order, all remaining claims against the company would be closed.
Does this include any workman's comp claims against them? Or, do they have to settle those anyway?

ReplyDeleteLast time I remember, they had workers comp insurance, so it should be covered. I also believe that employee claims have the highest priority in bankruptcy claims so payroll and such should be paid before other creditors.
