Anderson Guest House owner Robert Dupont entered a not guilty plea today in U. S. District Court in Springfield during a two-minute arraignment hearing.
Dupont is charged with defrauding the Missouri Medicaid program from Sept. 20, 2003, to Sept. 20, 2007. The fraud charges surfaced during the investigation of a November 2006 fire in which 11 people were killed at the Anderson facility.
Dupont remains free on bond.
