GateHouse Media CEO Michael Reed will receive a $100,000 cash bonus, 23,867 shares of restricted stock and 5,967 restricted stock shares in lieu of cash, according to a filing today with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The filing also details bonuses for Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer Scott Champion, Chief Financial Officer Mark Thompson, and General Counsel Polly Grunfield Sack.
