A motion for final discipline of former Rep. Nathan Cooper, R-Cape Girardeau, who was sentenced last month to 15 months in prison for immigration fraud, was filed today with the Missouri Supreme Court.
The motion is the vehicle through sanctions are made on a lawyer's ability to practice law in the state.
