Donnelly campaign nears $1 million mark

Attorney general candidate Margaret Donnelly's campaign just issued a press release declaring a successful fundraising effort:

Donnelly continues her aggressive fundraising with a strong second quarter filing. Her campaign announced today that her campaign has raised $968,613 for the election, $214,781 in this quarter alone from 2112 unique donors.

“We have had a very strong quarter with money coming from every corner of the state.” Donnelly stated. “It is critical to note that we are not yet done and that every dollar we raise in July will go into our comprehensive media and grassroots organization."
