GateHouse Media files response to lawsuit filed by former Rolla Daily News advertising director

Documents filed July 1 in U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri indicate GateHouse Media officials deny allegations of age discrimination leveled by former Rolla Daily News Advertising Manager Lonna Sowers.

The GateHouse response includes this wonderful bit of legalese:

GateHouse denies that Sowers was ever employed by GateHouse Media Inc. or that Rolla Daily News is a division of GateHouse Media Missouri Holdings II, Inc., or that either
are or ever were subdivisions of GateHouse Media, Inc. GateHouse admits Plaintiff was the Advertising Director for the Rolla Daily News, a division of GateHouse Media Missouri Holdings, Inc."
