Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter have just been introduced to the loud ovation and the strains of "Georgia on My Mind." Carter was prominently featured in a video that was just shown about the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The former president said things would be handled differently in an Obama administration.
Apparently, Carter has not been asked to speak at the convention.
