2004 Presidential candidate John Kerry has been placed in the unenviable position of following President Bill Clinton to the lectern and preceding vice presidential candidate Joe Biden.
Kerry is ripping old friend John McCain, seeking to tear asunder what he refers to as "the myth of the maverick."
Referring to an attack from his old campaign, "Talking about being before it before you were against us- before John McCain debates Obama, he should finish the debate with himself."
Kerry's speech started slowly, but it is turning into one of his better ones.
