Documents filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicate East Peak Partners LP sold 2.5 million shares of GateHouse Media over a two-day period.
The filing shows East Peak Partners sold 2,245,554 shares Wednesday for 21 cents per share and 254,446 shares on Tuesday for 25 cents per share.
The hedge fund still owns 4 million shares of GateHouse, according to the SEC filing.
