Congressman Kenny Hulshof's gubernatorial campaign received more than a quarter of a million dollars Oct. 4-6, according to a 48-hour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Of the $276,034,17, $100,000 came from David Humphreys of TAMKO in Joplin. The Humphreys family has contributed $400,000 to Hulshof, including $200,000 from David Humphreys.
The biggest contribution reported Monday was $131,034.17 from the Missouri Republican Party. Hulshof also received $20,000, in two $10,000 contributions, from the Southwest Missouri Leadership PAC, and $15,000 from Express Scripts, St. Louis.
Hulshof's competitor, Attorney General Jay Nixon reported one oversized contribution Monday, $25,000 from Walworth Publishing Company, Marceline.
Since contribution limits were removed Aug. 28, Nixon has collected $3,478,025, while Hulshof has received $3,052,024.17.
What in the world is Hulshof doing with all this money?? I never see his ads on tv or hear them on the radio.
ReplyDeleteIt must be going to Hancock, Lloyd Smith and soon-to-be indicted Jason VanEaton for his role in the US Attorney firings.
