Local television stocks fall on Wednesday

The companies that have the Joplin television market cornered, Nexstar Broadcasting and Saga Communications, saw their stocks fall Wednesday.

Nexstar Broadcasting, which owns/operates KODE and KSNF, dropped 14 cents to $1.36 per share, while Saga Communications, owner of KOAM and KFJX, fell 43 cents to $4.90 per share.
