Free-spending David Humphreys of TAMKO in Joplin, made his second $50,000 contribution to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder's reelection campaign Monday, according to a 48-hour report filed Wednesday with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Kinder also received $20,000 from Virginia James, Lambertville, N.J. and $7,500 from the Barry County Republican Committee.
