Both candidates in tonight's vice presidential debate began by praising the efforts the presidential candidates had made in dealing with the economic crisis.
Joe Biden just said John McCain was out of touch when he said the principles of our economy remained strong. Sarah Palin immediately answered that McCain was referring to the strength of our workforce.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Palin just threw the overused "maverick" word into the debate.
