In his startup blog, That's What I'm Talking About," Neosho Daily News Publisher Rick Rogers announced that reporter Wes Franklin will leave Friday, Jan. 23, to become full-time director of the Newton County Historical Society.
Rogers noted one interview for a replacement had already been scheduled.
