John Franklin Manco, 19, the man charged with arson, two counts of burglary, and tampering with a motor vehicle in connection with the Feb. 8 fire that destroyed St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lamar, waived arraignment and pleaded not guilty today in Barton County Circuit Court.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. June 29.
