Schaaf speaks to Springfield audience about "any willing provider" legislation

During a speech to Patients Rights Initiative supporters in Springfield Friday, Rep. Dr. Rob Schaaf, R-St. Joseph, addressed the need for patients to be able to continue to see their personal doctors even when the insurance carrier is changed.

Dr. Schaaf, who has served the maximum eight years in the House, is a candidate for 28th District State Senate.
