Retired billionaire Rex Sinquefield continued his Christmas spending spree Tuesday, giving $5,001 to the campaign committee of Speaker of the House Ron Richard, R-Joplin. This is the second Sinquefield contribution to Richard this year. The earlier check was for $1,000.
Sinquefield, the leading proponent of educational vouchers in Misosuri, has contributed more than half a million dollars in 2009.
