House Majority Leader Steve Tilley, R-Perryville, has been pilloried by Democrats for being an obstacle to ethics legislation, but that may not remain the case.
In the accompanying video, Tilley, who wields the power in the House, indicates legislation on ethics reform and autism will likely be addressed before the House closes shop May 14.
"We can get these things done," Tilley said.

Randy, where are you now that the teachers at Southern have a new leader with some sense and some tact....why haven't we heard from you kicking and screaming that the greedy, lazy ones are out to pasture?
