Five days have passed since the July 15 deadline for turning in quarterly campaign finance reports, but nothing has been posted from Jasper County incumbent Presiding Commissioner John Bartosh or one of his three challengers in the GOP primary, Jeff Hammons.
Reports were filed by the other challengers, Dave Troyer and J. Pendergraft.
