Online Cole County Circuit Court records indicate Terry Gross, Holts Summit, has filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Attorney General Chris Koster.
Also listed as defendants in the case are Koster assistants Page Bellamy and Ted Bruce.
The lawyer for Gross, according to the court documents is Jane Drummond, who served as Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services during the Blunt Administration.
