House approves drug testing for welfare recipients
In a time of budget short falls, couldn't the 2 million dollars be spent more wisely. If the state was flush with money this may be a good idea, but they keep telling us how the coffers are empty and they have to cut back on services. Why implement another spending program? Does this help bring new jobs to Missouri? I thought jobs was their number one priority.
