Collings mistrial declared after lawyers could not agree on a jury

Former KOAM reporter Jennifer Denman, now a reporter for KOLR/KSFX in Springfield, is reporting that the mistrial for Chris Collings, one of two men charged with the brutal November 2007 rape and murder of nine-year-old Triway Elementary fourth grader Rowan Ford, was declared after the two sides could not agree on a jury

Oh, the games that people play! The defense attorney would like to see this continued till all the witnesses are senile or dead. Both of the pervs should end up being fried. Trying to get the confession tossed out did not work, so now this ploy.

Now Diamond Gem, just calm down.

These two low-lifes are guaranteed a trial after which they should be immediately hung.

Any jury that is agreed upon will still convict him as the evidence proves beyond a resonable doubt that Colligs did it. I just view the delay as more time Collings gets to stay in prison as a child molesters, rapers and a murderers do not fare well there.
