Flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Joplin tornado victims

The following news release was just issued by the city of Joplin:

By order of the Joplin, Missouri Mayor Michael R. Woolston, all flags on City facilities will be flown at half-staff starting Friday, May 27th until further notice in memory of those who have lost their lives due to the May 22nd EF-5 tornado that passed through Joplin.
