Hartzler: We must lower taxes

According to Fourth District Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler, government is the sole culprit behind businesses holding on to their money and not hiring workers. Her solution- lower taxes, of course.

    We are going to provide all kinds of aid to our recent disaster victims, (which we should) and pay for them with tax cuts. Yeah buddy. Rethug logic
