City manager wants to meet with citizens today about tornado recovery process

(From the City of Joplin)

Joplin City Manager Mark Rohr will be available today, June 16 from 12 noon to 1:30 at Joplin City Hall, 602 South Main, to visit with citizens about the tornado recovery process. Finance Director Leslie Jones and other staff members will also be available to address concerns or questions they may have about debris management and the Right of Entry Form. The group will meet in the Main Lobby of City Hall.

“We want to hear from our citizens, especially regarding the Right of Entry forms so we can move forward on the cleanup efforts of our City,” said Rohr. “We also want to hear from them on any other needs that we are not addressing during this recovery phase. The City is here to help them, and this would be a good opportunity to visit with our residents who have been affected so we can adjust how we are proceeding in the recovery work.”
