Joplin Chamber President: FEMA a great partner but there has been a problem with speed

During questioning from Sen. Roy Blunt at today's hearing of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, Joplin Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Rob O'Brian said FEMA has been a great partner for the city, but there has been a problem with the speed of its response.
