Rush Limbaugh is coming to Joplin Monday, July 4, and he is bringing iced tea.
KZRG announced this morning that the syndicated radio talk show host, who is aired weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 1310 AM and 102.9 FM.
According to the station's news release, Limbaugh announced on KZRG that "his company Two if by Tea will be driving a refrigerated truck full of ice tea into Landreth Park for Joplin's 4th of July celebration. Rush told News Talk KZRG as a bonus he will also be visiting. He will join News Talk KZRG on stage that evening and address the crowd. Over 3,000 entries were received but Rush said the decision was clear.It had to be Joplin."
