Wyandotte woman is 159th Joplin Tornado victim

Janice Kay McKee, resident of Wyandotte, OK., passed away Wednesday, June the 15th, 2011 at Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was 60 years old. She was born December the 6th, 1950 in Webb City, MO., to Charles and Grace (Cleveland) Yeager. She married Gary McKee, Sr., on May the 15th, 1968 in Carl Junction, MO.

Janice was survived by her mother, Grace Lawton, of Webb City, MO., husband; Gary, of the home., one son; Gary McKee, Jr., and spouse Jennifer, of Wyandotte, OK., one brother; Gerald W. Yeager, of Quapaw, OK., one sister; Joyce Goodpasture, of Carl Junction, MO., and one granddaughter; ShaKetha Lei McKee, of Commerce, OK. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles, and one grandson; Kacee Lynn Star McKee.

Graveside services were held Monday, June 20, 2011, at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Grove, OK., with Rev Gary Rhodes officiating.
