Joplin Catholic schools open after tornado destruction, minus one student

 
Though most of the publicity has surrounded the Joplin schools, which suffered considerable damage during the May 22 tornado, St. Mary's Elementary School, part of the Catholic school system in Joplin, was also destroyed. About three weeks late, the Catholic schools are now open for business.
