Billy Long raises $67,000 during third quarter
Seventh District Congressman Billy Long raised $67,260.16 during the third quarter, according to his disclosure report, filed Friday with the Federal Election Commission.
Long reported spending $30,153.15 and had $249,094.40 on hand at the end of the reporting period.
Much of Long's money came from political action committees, including the following:
-American Crystal Sugar Company, $5,000
-CJX Corporation, $2,000
-American Sugar Cane League, $1,000
-Norfolk Southern Corporation $2,000
-Association of American Railroads, $1,000
-NSSGA, $1,000
-BSNF Railway, $2,000
-Union Pacific, $2,000
-Action Committee for Rural Electrification, $2,000
-KAMO Electric Cooperative, $1,000
-Realtors PAC $1,000
-T-Mobile, $1,000
Long also received a combined $5,000 from David and Debra Humphreys of TAMKO, Joplin.
