Rush should not be excluded until 1. Bill Maher apologizes to Sarah Palin for calling her a c--t and a t--t. 2. Pres Obama calls Sarah Palin to apologize and 3. Pres Obama returns the million dollar donation to Mr. Maher immediately for his poor choice of words. Shameful, Claire!
