Progress Missouri maintains pressure on Tilley about Limbaugh bust

The pressure on Speaker of the House Steve Tilley to back down from his decision to induct Rush Limbaugh into the Hall of Famous Missourians is ramping up, but Tilley is determined to hold ground. in a release issued earlier today, Sean Soendker Nicholson of Progress Missouri once again called on Tilley to reverse the Limbaugh decision. Speaker Steve Tilley is digging in, standing by Rush Limbaugh and his decision to enshrine the right-wing radio host in Missouri's Capitol. Responding last night to thousands of outraged emails and phone calls, Tilley said the outburst of opposition to Rush's bust is "almost laughable" and accused you and me -- not Limbaugh -- of intolerance! Talk about a guy who doesn't get it. Speaker Tilley and his colleagues in the House need to keep hearing from Missourians who are not okay with his decision to place Limbaugh in a place of honor in the People's Capitol. Contact the Speaker and your representatives today. Tell them Rush Limbaugh's hate has no place in our Capitol.
