Excerpts from the book, Do Not Ask What Good We Do: Inside the US House of Representatives.
This segment was quoted today in the Washington Post:
Summing up the attitude of many freshmen, Rep. Billy Long (R-Mo.), a former auctioneer, told lobbyists early last year that party elders such as Boehner and Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), a former House leader, should not be trusted. “John Boehner and Roy Blunt are what’s wrong with Washington,” he said.

Billy has voted alongside Boehner a large majority of the time. Doesn't that make Billy Long part of that problem too?
Yes it does because Blunt tells him how to vote. He isn't smart enough to understand the issues on his own and even when he was running could not answer questions from anyone, that is why he did not do debates. He always took the questions and had his staff write up the answers for him. He was fed up until he joined them.
