Nixon cracks $2 million mark, has $7 million in bank

Who did Gov. Jay Nixon get his money from during the past three months.

Lots of lawyers, lots of unions, and lots of other people.

But the biggest amount, $500,000, came from the Democratic Governors Association.

Nixon's quarterly report, filed today with the Missouri Ethics Commission, shows $2,092,348.19 in contributions; Nixon spent $620,007.75 and has $7,603,044.49 in the bank.
