How many other governors or senators voted for the stimulus package to help their states? Had the stimulus not been approved, including the unemployment benefits extension, how many unemployed people would have been without any income to feed their families and pay their bills? Would the country have accepted the government allowing people who were depending on the unemployment benefits to be turned down for help when they needed an extension? What would citizens have been saying if he had not asked for the stimulus? As for the health care bill,If people would actually read the basic parts that they have questions about in the health care bill, instead of just believing every thing they hear, they could begin to be educated about what is and is not in the bill. Try thinking for yourself.
