Severe thunderstorm warning for Joplin area

* AT 551 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES NORTHWEST
OF GALENA...AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

HAZARD...QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND 60 MPH WIND GUSTS.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED. 

IMPACT...MINOR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES...ROOFS AND WINDOWS. MINOR TREE
DAMAGE...WITH LIMBS UP TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER BROKEN.

POWER LINE POLES HAVE BEEN REPORTED BLOWN DOWN BY THIS STORM NEAR 
CRESTLINE BY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.

INTERSTATE 44 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 0 AND 17 WILL ALSO BE IMPACTED BY
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.

BUILDING.

LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE INDOORS IMMEDIATELY. LIGHTNING
