Michelle Rhee's Students First organization contributed $7,500 to the House Democratic Campaign Committee today, according to a 48-hour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
That is not good news for Missouri public schools and teachers since the ironically-named Students First, is a pro-voucher group which has worked diligently to eliminate teacher tenure and toward using poorly-worded standardized tests to determine teacher pay.
The contribution follows similar donations to the Republican House and Senate campaign committees.
