The misnamed Michelle Rhee-led organization Students First continued its recent string of contributions to Missouri candidates, giving $7,500 to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder today, according to a 48-hour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Earlier this week, the organization, which has made elimination of teacher tenure and the adoption of educational vouchers top priorities, gave $10,000 to Gov. Jay Nixon's re-election campaign.
Earlier this month, Students First had made a $7,500 donation to the House Democratic Campaign Committee, $15,000 to the House Republican Campaign Committee and $10,000 to the Republican Senate Campaign Committee.
