Mr. Kelley is very much mistaken if he thinks guns can be hidden from students in the classroom. The teacher will either have the gun on her person or in her desk, so the troubled and/or agitated student won't have to look too hard to find it. Expanded mental health services would be a better investment as far as I'm concerned.
Kelley was elected only because people did not know him. He never campaigned on being very smart.
