It took six days for this 48-hour report to be filed, but it appears Rex Sinquefield had a favorite candidate in Saturday's field for the Eighth District Congressional nod, which went to Rep. Jason Smith.
Sinquefield contributed $20,000 to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder Thursday, according to the 48-hour report, which was filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
