Marble to Chart: There is world of opportunity at Missouri Southern

Newly appointed Missouri Southern State University interim president Alan Marble tells Chart Executive Editor Taylor Camden that "there is a world of opportunity here."

There is nothing but success ahead for us.”Marble had recently been hired by Speck to serve as interim assistant to the president.Richard Walter, BOG chairman, says that the position of assistant to the president will not be filled.“Our staffing needs change periodically,” Walter said. “This one happened to be a high profile one but he will make decisions and recommendations to the board on where we need to go.
