Specific charges against South Middle School teacher given

As noted in an earlier Turner Report post today, Charles Dominic Gastel, 40, who taught eighth grade science at Joplin South Middle School during the 2012-2013 school year, was arrested earlier today on a federal charge of sexual exploitation of minors.
