ReplyDelete6:29, Title funds absolutely can be spent on technology, as long as the devices stay in the building that funded the purchase. I think the issue is that Joplin cut a lot of Title/Reading positions at the end of last year (all part-time, if I'm not mistaken) and appears to be replacing those teachers with technology. This move supports accusations that Joplin Admin does not care about its staff or students, but merely wants to run as an innovative business on the cutting edge.
