The man being held in the Barton County Jail on a charge of kidnapping missing Golden City girl Adriaunna Horton is no stranger to problems with the law.
Bobby Dean Bourne Jr., 34, Lockwood, has only been out of prison for a little over a month, according to online court records. Bourne pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic assault in Dade County in March and was sentenced to 60 days in jail on each count on May 7, with the sentences to run concurrently.
On March 9, 2004, Bourne was placed on unsupervised probation after pleading guilty to violating a Polk County full order of protection. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, but the sentence was suspended.
In 2006, Bourne received a six-year sentence, which was then suspended, for tampering with an airplane/motorboat. He served 21 days of shock time and was fined $100.
Bourne's bond has been set at $1 million.

Do we know if he knew this little girl and how?
Do we know how he knew her or if he even did know her?
I read on the net (I think it was KZRG) that he was a neighbor, used to work for the father of the little girl, and his kids used to play with the Horton kids.
